The platform uses artificial intelligence and related technologies to analyze information, identify potential findings, and provide traceable outputs for engineering review.

The specific features, capabilities, integrations, and availability of standrdX may vary depending on the product version, deployment, subscription, or applicable customer agreement.

03Use of the Website

You agree not to:

is owned by or licensed to standrdX and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of standrdX intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit standrdX materials without prior written authorization.

05Customer Content and Data

Where the standrdX platform allows users or customers to upload, submit, or otherwise provide engineering documents, specifications, project information, or other content, the user or customer retains ownership of that content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to provide such content to standrdX and to permit its processing through the platform.

You grant standrdX the rights necessary to process and use submitted content solely to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and support the applicable services, subject to the relevant customer agreement and applicable data protection requirements.

06AI-Generated Outputs

standrdX uses artificial intelligence and agentic technologies to analyze engineering information and generate findings, recommendations, summaries, and other outputs.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or interpretations that require further review.

While standrdX is designed to provide traceable and evidence-based engineering assurance, outputs should not be treated as an independent substitute for qualified engineering judgment.

Users are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them for engineering, operational, contractual, regulatory, safety, or other material decisions.

07Engineering Responsibility

standrdX is designed to assist engineering teams by accelerating validation and providing an additional layer of assurance.

The platform does not replace:

• Qualified engineers
• Engineering review processes
• Professional judgment
• Regulatory authorities
• Client approval processes
• Project-specific governance
• Contractual obligations
• Applicable engineering standards or professional requirements

The customer remains responsible for determining whether a finding is applicable, material, or requires corrective action.

Final engineering decisions, approvals, certifications, and sign-offs remain the responsibility of the appropriate qualified individuals or organizations.

08Accuracy and Source Material

The effectiveness of standrdX depends in part on the quality, completeness, accuracy, and relevance of the information provided to the platform.

This may include:

• Standards
• Regulations
• OEM specifications
• Project requirements
• Engineering documents
• Design criteria
• Client requirements
• Internal standards
• Other reference materials

standrdX does not guarantee that every potential issue, deviation, inconsistency, or requirement will be identified.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the relevant and current source material is available and appropriately configured for the intended validation process.

09Availability of Services

• Unauthorized use of the website or services.
• Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights through content submitted by the user.
• Unlawful or unauthorized use of the platform.

16Modifications to the Platform

Where changes materially affect contracted services, the applicable customer agreement will govern.

17Termination

• Unauthorized or unlawful use.
• Security threats or abuse.
• Attempts to compromise the platform.
• Other circumstances permitted under an applicable customer agreement.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

18Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws specified in the applicable customer agreement or, where no such agreement applies, the laws applicable to the standrdX contracting entity.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction specified in the applicable agreement.

19Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable order forms, subscription agreements, data processing agreements, privacy policies, or other written agreements between standrdX and a customer, constitute the agreement governing the applicable use of the services.

Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately executed customer agreement, the customer agreement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
