Integrations
standrdX reads the documents your projects already produce and returns findings your teams can act on. Engineering systems integration starts with what you already run: documents come in from cloud storage or direct upload, and findings go back as PDF and Excel.
standrdX takes documents in from Azure Blob cloud storage or direct upload, and users sign in through Microsoft Entra ID with role-based access. Findings are exported as a PDF and Excel register that goes into your existing review process. Systems without a direct connector, such as PLM and document control, work through export: the documents they produce are reviewed exactly like any other document set.
Light footprint
Integration projects often take months before anyone sees a result. standrdX is built so your first review does not wait for one. You connect one storage location and one sign-in, and review the documents your teams already export.
Documents come from Azure Blob or direct upload, and sign-in runs through your existing Microsoft Entra ID directory.
The first review runs on documents you already have: PLM exports, document control packages and vendor submissions. No connector build, no data migration.
standrdX does not replace your PLM or document control system. Findings come back as a PDF and Excel register that slots into the review process you already run.
Live today
A full review cycle runs on these three alone.
Documents pulled from cloud storage or uploaded directly. Azure Blob is connected today.
Enterprise sign-in and role-based access through your existing directory.
Findings registers and scorecards exported into the formats your review process already runs on.
Integration map
standrdX sits between the systems that hold your engineering information and the decisions your engineers have to defend. This is the engineering systems integration in place today, and how each system connects.
| Category | Example systems | What it covers | How it connects |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloud storage | Azure Blob, or direct upload | Documents, drawings and specifications at intake | Connected |
| Identity & SSO | Microsoft Entra ID | Sign-in and role-based access | Connected |
| Export | PDF, Excel | Findings registers and scorecards | Connected |
| PLM | Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE | Requirements, drawings and BOMs, validated against specifications | Via export |
| Document control | Your EDMS or DMS | Transmittals and document packages | Via export |
Via export means documents exported from that system are reviewed exactly as any other document, with no connector required. Direct connectors for further systems are scoped in a technical discussion with our engineering team.
Working with PLM
standrdX does not connect to your PLM directly today. Requirements, drawings and BOMs exported from Teamcenter, Windchill or 3DEXPERIENCE are reviewed like any other document, against the standards and project addenda that govern them. The findings register then goes back into your change and release process as PDF and Excel.
For most teams, that is enough PLM integration to validate a release package without an IT project, so PLM data validation happens on the package itself, before it reaches the next gate.
FAQ
No. Cloud storage ingest and PDF and Excel export cover a full review cycle on their own.
Through export. Requirements, drawings and BOM documents exported from Teamcenter, Windchill or 3DEXPERIENCE are reviewed exactly as any other document, and the findings register goes back into your process.
No. Those systems store documents and route reviews. standrdX validates the engineering content inside them and hands the findings back.
Not as a direct connection today. Azure Blob is the connected storage, and direct upload works for any document set.
Not as a supported path today. Ingest and export are the supported paths, and the scope for a specific system is worked through with our engineering team.
Microsoft Entra ID. Other identity providers are not connected today.
Next step
A review cycle runs end to end on cloud storage ingest and file export, with no connector work required to see the findings.
